Title: Sales Distribution Manager
Duties:
  • Directing regular staff training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Establish training program. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises dealers, distributors and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
  • Manage deposits and withdraws from banks and other companies. Develop marketing for company. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. May direct product research and development. May recommend or approve budget, expenditures and appropriations for research and development work. All other work assigned by President in the areas of Sales and Distribution.

Requirements
Experience: 2 years in job offered or 2 years as any manager.
Qualifications:  :
BS in management or equivalent. In lieu of qualification and experience as required, MS in management or equivalent + one year of experience is also
accepted.
Salary: $43,000 Per Year
Hours: 40 Hours per week
